  • Adult Tennis Lessons
    Comprehensive tennis instruction for players of all ability levels. The beginner course offers an introduction to the game and basic stroke patterns. The intermediate course is designed to drill all strokes. Come dressed to play and bring a racquet. Make-up only for classes rained out prior to the start of class. *There will be no programs on Memorial Day Weekend* Instructor: Coach Fay & That’s the Spirit Staff
  • Adult Salsa Dance Lessons
    You will learn from scratch how to dance salsa. The program will cover all the basic steps and partner work allowing you to dance to the music with a partner. No previous experience is required. Instructor: Massimo Panzica
  • Adult Pick-Up Basketball
    Join Andover Rec on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday nights for adult pick-up basketball. Each week teams will be formed from those who are in attendance and games will be played. A reversible Rec pinny is required and will be issued at the first session. Please choose a size when registering. A $10.00 charge will be added if you do not have a pinny from a previous session and need one.
  • Adult Pickleball
    Play pickleball under the lights! Teams will be formed each night from those who are in attendance and games will be played. There are 5 courts separated by level of play. Drop in will run from 5:30-9:30pm at the Recreation Park Pickleball Courts Monday-Thursday beginning April 24th. Cost is $5/person, payable at location by cash or check to Rec Staff.
  • Ballroom Basics Dance Class
    Discover the joys of ballroom dance in these beginner classes that will give you the basics to practice and learn the techniques of waltz, swing, rumba, foxtrot, cha-cha, and the hustle. No dance experience is required. Classes will be taught to both individuals and partners. Session 1: Waltz, Swing, Rumba Session 2: Foxtrot, Cha-Cha, The Hustle Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you are able to move in. Instructor: Deborah Hilse About our Instructor: Deb has been dancing for over 20 years and has been in many performance dance groups over the years. She has been teaching dance in the Merrimack Valley area for over 10 years and loves teaching new dancers and introducing them to the world of social dancing for both the physical and social benefits.
  • BollyX HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
    BollyX, featured on ABC’s Shark Tank, is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. This 50-minute cardio workout cycles between high and low-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling. At the very core of a BollyX workout is the inspiration it draws from the music and dance of Bollywood, the film industry of India. We embody the infectious energy, expression, and movement of Bollywood and aim to expand the reach of fitness to more people worldwide. Our fitness curriculum has been created by world-class choreographers and certified fitness professionals to ensure a safe and effective total-body dance workout for all.
  • Active Gentle Yoga
    Join our fully credentialed yoga specialist and fitness trainer, former Respiratory Therapist, Pat Dumont either in person or virtually! Active Gentle Yoga promotes flexibility, strength, and relaxation through a series of gentle stretching postures and deep breathing exercises. Class ends with a guided meditation and is suitable for all levels. Bring a mat.
  • TWICE-A-WEEK TENNIS
    This play-action class is for beginners as well as serious tennis players who want to improve their game. Players will be grouped according to their ability level. Come prepared to learn topspin on serve, forehand, and backhand. Bring a racquet. Make-up only for classes rained out prior to the start of class.   • Adult Co-Ed Volleyball
    Calling all men’s and women’s volleyball players! Pick-up games will take place for 8 weeks at the Cormier Gym on Mondays from 7:30-9:30pm. *No pre-registration required*
  • Family Goat Yoga
    Join us for an outdoor evening yoga class featuring friendly baby goats from Chipin Farm! Goat kids are naturally curious and playful, and these little goats love to bounce and cuddle. While this may not be the most meditative and relaxing yoga class you’ve ever been to, it will surely be the most memorable - perfect for melting that stress away! The class is suitable for all levels of yoga experience and will be led by a certified yoga instructor. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel. Be prepared for the goats to potentially taste test everything! The yoga class will take place outside in the evening so bring layers in case of colder weather. Class fee includes 50 minutes of yoga instruction with 10 minutes of goat cuddle and photos. There will be plenty of time to pet, hold, and take pictures with the goats throughout and after class. Seek physician’s approval if you have had previous surgeries on your back.
  • Goats and Giggles
    Goats & Giggles is your chance for a hands-on playtime with the goats with plenty of time for goat cuddles and photo ops. We will set up a large pen for you and your guests to mix and mingle with our friendly goat kids. Great for all ages! Participants will not all be in the pen at once. We will split participants into groups to enter the pen with baby goats.
  • Andover Unified Pickleball Classic
    An opportunity for all to experience inclusion with Special Olympics athletes while competing in a fun recreational sport! All funds raised benefit Special Olympics Massachusetts!
